WogBelly is the musical alias of Jamil Zacharia, a Naarm/Melbourne-based producer and guitarist known for their seamless fusion of world, folk, and diasporic electronic music. Marked by warm, organic tones, their sound is inviting and adventurous, non-verbally exploring themes of resistance, hope, and groovy softness. Driven by a deep commitment to social justice, Jamil’s music radiates artistic depth and conjures vivid, multidimensional colours.
In addition to releasing their own music, WogBelly is available for production/engineering work, as a guitar accompanist, and as a co-producer to help bring your songs to life.
